The team offers regular updates, care plan reviews, and education, and welcomes family participation during events and visits. Family members are always welcome to volunteer their time and talents to engage with their loved one and the entire neighborhood.

The team develops a step-by-step transition plan that may include gradual visits, favorite belongings, and familiar routines. Support Partners provide reassurance and consistent faces to support a calm, comfortable start.

Pricing reflects the apartment or suite, the memory care program, daily support from Support Partners, dining, 3 snacks per day, and salon services. The care-based assessment determines the level of support. A team member can provide a detailed, personalized estimate.

The memory care neighborhood is staffed above state-required standards, with at least two dedicated Support Partners on-site at all times and a Memory Care Director providing oversight. Depending on the community, a cook or homemaker may also be part of the daily team to support engagement and personalized care.
